Help Support Vinny Rodrigues

Hi my name is Nikole Rodrigues. Sister of Vinny Rodrigues and I truly appreciate you taking the time to read our story. From one day to another our lives have changed completely. Vinny recently went to Emergency Department for a stomach ache which turned out to be a malignant tumor. After biopsy and further tests he was diagnosed with Stage IV Stomach cancer at 19 years of age.

We have already started our journey with multiple doctor appointments, scans and bloodwork and hope to start chemotherapy as soon as possible. We will fight the good fight and are faithful that God will do his will.

In the meantime, we ask for any help possible to help us with this journey. As this diagnosis has impacted us emotionally and physically, it will also put a financial impact on this family. Vinny will not be attending school or be able to work and our father and myself will have to take off work and time to take him to his appointments and chemotherapy.

Hola, me llamo Nikole Rodrigues. La hermana de Vinny Rodrigues y yo realmente apreciamos que te hayas tomado el tiempo de leer nuestra historia. De un día para otro, nuestras vidas han cambiado por completo. Vinny fue recientemente al Departamento de Emergencias por un dolor de estómago que resultó ser un tumor maligno. Después de una biopsia y otras pruebas, le diagnosticaron cáncer de estómago en estadio IV a los 19 años de edad.

Ya hemos comenzado nuestro viaje con múltiples citas médicas, exploraciones y análisis de sangre y esperamos comenzar la quimioterapia lo antes posible. Lucharemos la buena batalla y somos fieles a que Dios haga su voluntad.

Mientras tanto, pedimos cualquier ayuda posible para ayudarnos con este viaje. Como este diagnóstico nos ha impactado emocional y físicamente, también tendrá un impacto financiero en esta familia. Vinny no asistirá a la escuela ni podrá trabajar y nuestro padre y yo tendremos que dejar el trabajo y el tiempo para llevarlo a sus citas y a la quimioterapia.
