Hi,

I am an individual rescuer who has rescued 3 kittens back in September.

They are currently being fostered by me as a rescue had offered to take them in under their rescue & assist with finding placement.

However, this past Saturday, 12/27, the 3 kittens suddenly started to show signs of vomiting, diarrhea, and a lack of appetite. Two of them were brought to the ER for fluids as they were dehydrated and running a small fever. Unfortunately, they were not showing any signs of improvement as all 3 continued to vomit & have diarrhea. All 3 were then brought into rule out Pan-leuk.

Luckily they tested negative. There could be a chance they had eaten a bad batch of food or got themselves into something. In the meantime, they’ll be on a different diet and medication.

This was an unexpected expense — which I was not prepared for. I’ll be appreciative of any donation to help offset the veterinary costs.
