On August 14th, our dear friend and family member, Tiyana Gillis, was struck head-on by a Dodge Ram that was speeding through the intersection of Ridgecrest and Main Street in Dartmouth. The crash left Tyiana with two broken femurs, multiple breaks throughout her legs, a shattered hip, and major soft tissue damage.

She faces a long and difficult road to recovery, with multiple surgeries and months of rehabilitation ahead. Anyone who knows Tiyana knows she’s a fighter, and we believe she will bounce back from this. But financially, she needs our help. Her work benefits will not cover the full extent of her lost wages, and she will be unable to return to work for many months.

Tiyana is a kind-hearted young woman who had just started living on her own. She also cares for her beloved dog, Dior, who has been her loyal companion. She has always been someone who would give and help others — now it’s our turn to rally around her.

All donations will go toward helping Tiyana with medical expenses, living costs during her recovery, and ensuring Dior is cared for while she heals.
