Cancer is a battle no one chooses, yet it has a way of turning lives upside down in an instant. We all hope that those we love will never have to face its path, but sometimes, the choice isn’t ours to make.

My name is Trent, and today, with both a heavy heart and unwavering determination, I am reaching out to rally support for my lifelong best friend, Trevor, as he takes on the fight of his life.

Trevor, 33, was diagnosed with stage 1B testicular cancer. In February 2024, he underwent surgery to remove a tumor, and for a time, it seemed like he was in the clear. Over the spring and summer, he embraced life—spending time with family, cherishing moments with friends, and feeling grateful for his health. But in November, everything changed. Trevor fell ill again, and doctors discovered that his cancer had spread—this time to his lungs and lymph nodes along his esophagus.

On December 16, 2024, Trevor began chemotherapy.
