Why did I create a GoFundMe?

Since landing here in Tanzania in late 2016, I've been running my YouTube channel with the hopes of painting a new narrative about the Motherland. Many of you know that I graduated film school in 2014 with a degree in film production & I’ve been on a mission to sharpen my skills and finally undertake documentary film making, which is one of my life long dreams. 

I never knew that I would receive such an overwhelming amount of love and support from my virtual family. Since then, I've received a number of requests for my PayPal and CashApp inquiring how to support my efforts on YouTube. So here it is! I'm finally providing the information for you to donate.

 

Why $10,000?

As you know, film makers need tools to help them provide content. For the past few years I have been in desperate need of new camera equipment, lighting, stabilizers, camera accessories, and most of all, a new computer. This budget of $10,000 will aid me to do all of these things, as well as provide better content to you.
