Our dear friend and coworker, Tim, was recently diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). For years, Tim has dedicated his career as an occupational therapy assistant in outpatient hand therapy, helping countless people rebuild their strength and independence after injury. Now, he faces his own battle—one that has taken away his ability to work and placed unexpected challenges before him and his family.

Tim is a proud father of three adult children, one of whom has Down’s syndrome and relies on him for support. He is also a loving grandfather to three beautiful granddaughters who light up his life. Anyone who knows Tim knows how much joy his family brings him, and how deeply he wants to create lasting memories with them.

ALS is a devastating disease that brings with it increasing medical needs and expenses. This fundraiser has been created to help improve Tim’s quality of life, assist with future medical bills, and provide opportunities for him to make meaningful memories with the family he cherishes so much.

Tim has spent his life caring for others—it’s our turn to care for him. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference. If you’re unable to give financially, we ask that you share this campaign and keep Tim and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
