*Update 8/11/24* Tim is still at U of M hospital in Ann Arbor. He has developed pneumonia due to alot of swelling going on in his throat. Doctors are starting him on antibiotics and talking about putting in a trach to help remove secreations from him more easily. Thankfully, this will only be a temporary thing. On Monday, the doctors are going to make the final call on his surgery date. It's looking like Tuesday or Wednesday will be the day. As for details on what will be happening after surgery, it's unclear until after the surgery takes place and all goes well. I will continue to post updates on here after the surgery. Hello everyone. My name is Jessica and I am the daughter-in-law to Tim Herron. Tim's oldest son Joe and myself wanted to put together a way for friends and family to help donate money to him and his family for medical costs and to help with bills since Tim or Mechel will not be working for quite some time.

As many of the family and friends already know, Tim suffered an accident on Saturday, August 3rd. He broke his neck and was taken to the hospital in Midland to be evaluated. After arriving at the hospital, he suffered a stroke. The next morning he was airlifted to U of M hospital in Ann Arbor where he is currently waiting to have surgery for his neck. He has a long road of recovery and will not be returning to work for a long time. His wife Mechel is staying by his side through everything and she will also not be returning to work so she can care for her husband and two children once he is able to come home. We are asking for anything you could spare to help offset costs for them as they deal with this very unpredictable and devastating circumstance. Even if you aren't in a situation where you can spare extra money, your prayers would be much appreciated
