Tim recently experienced a serious medical emergency and needs support during a long and difficult recovery.

About a week ago, he was admitted to the hospital after developing a severe abscess located near his spine and right kidney. The infection turned into a serious staph infection, and thankfully doctors were able to catch it before it spread to the heart. While we are grateful it was caught in time, the road to recovery has just begun.

They are undergoing procedures to have drains placed to treat the infection and are expected to remain hospitalized for approximately 3 to 6 weeks. During this time, normal daily life and work have come to a halt.

We are raising funds to help cover:

    •    Gas and transportation costs for Jen to travel back and forth to the hospital

    •    Household bills and expenses not covered elsewhere

    •    Other unexpected costs during this extended hospital stay

Asking for help is never easy, but this situation has made it necessary. Any amount, big or small, will make a difference and help relieve some of the financial stress during this challenging time.
