Help Support Tiffany Manzi aka Tee Rose as She Battles Stage 3 Colorectal Cancer
Hi everyone. I’m reaching out on behalf of my best friend of 15 years, Tiffany. Who at just 37 years old is facing an extremely difficult and heartbreaking battle with stage 3 colorectal cancer. Many of you may know Tiffany from her large hot pink food truck, Twisted T’s, where she poured her passion and heart out into cooking, which brought joy to so many people in the community. If you know Tiffany you know she is the most self-less person on this planet. She would give anyone the shirt off her back.
Tiffany has been through more medical challenges than anyone should. Back in 2010, she underwent emergency surgery for a strangulated hernia that resulted in doctors removing 80% of her small intestine and was in ICU for 30 days. Despite this, she was able to live life somewhat normally for years—until her recent diagnosis changed everything.
Just a little over a month ago, Tiffany had to undergo another emergency surgery due to a severe blockage in her colon. It was truly a life-or-death moment. Surgeons performed an ileostomy, and she now relies on a colostomy bag that fills frequently because of how much of her intestine is gone.
Before this emergency surgery, Tiffany had only managed to complete one chemotherapy treatment. Everything came to an abrupt halt afterward. She then spent 46 days in the hospital, receiving IV fluids, dozens of medications, and multiple blood transfusions just to keep her stable and hydrated. During this time, all cancer treatments were paused, and her 5 cm tumor was not monitored, leaving her uncertain about whether it has grown or progressed.
Tiffany is finally home, but she is still experiencing significant bleeding and requires daily IV fluids due to her body’s inability to absorb nutrients properly. She is currently too weak to restart chemotherapy, but delaying it increases the risks she’s already facing.
Because of all of this, Tiffany is unable to work for the foreseeable future, adding even more stress to an already overwhelming situation. She urgently needs support with her growing medical bills, at-home care needs, colostomy supplies, and the many costs ahead once she is strong enough to resume chemotherapy and radiation.
We are asking for your support—whether through a donation or by sharing this fundraiser. Anything helps, and every act of kindness brings Tiffany one step closer to receiving the care she desperately needs.
Thank you so much for your compassion, generosity, and support.
