UPDATE; It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Tom Woods, who passed peacefully surrounded by love. We are still asking for donations to pay for end of life expenses, medical bills, etc.

Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

We are starting this GoFundMe to support our beloved grandfather, Thomas Woods, a long-time, respected member of our community. Over the years, many have come to know him as a friend, mentor, and skilled provider through his work in the blacktopping business and beyond. He’s a man of many talents—always willing to lend a hand and work hard for the benefit of others.

Today, we find ourselves needing your help.

Thomas has been under a doctor’s care for several years due to serious heart-related health issues. His condition has now reached a point where he requires multiple medications, ongoing treatments, and medical procedures. He is currently being cared for at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.

As you can imagine, the medical costs have become overwhelming for our family.

We are reaching out with humble hearts to ask for your support in covering his medical bills. Any amount, no matter how small, will make a difference and is deeply appreciated.

Despite his sometimes tough exterior, those who know Thomas understand the depth of his compassion. Throughout his life, he has gone out of his way to help others—now, we hope that kindness can come back to him in this time of need.
