On the day before him and his girlfriend’s baby shower, Shelby, the backbone of his family, was struck by a falling tree while driving to work. Thankfully, a bystander called 911 after the accident. Tests revealed a fractured spine and the estimated recovery is 3-6 months.

Natalie, pregnant with their baby girl Stevie due in 6 weeks, now faces the challenge of managing the household while Shelby recovers.
