Hi, my name is Asa Lionel. As a passionate supporter of sports and athletics, I’m reaching out to you to help make a significant difference in the lives of athletes in our community. I started coaching track and field athletes after my own dreams were sidelined. Despite coaching in humble settings and without any equipment, we’ve been able to nurture some incredible talent.

Currently, we rely on manual stopwatch timing, which is prone to human error and can be time-consuming, especially when multiple athletes are involved. This can hinder the progress of our athletes and make it difficult to track their improvements over time. Additionally, many of our young athletes don’t have proper (or any) training shoes.

To address these challenges, I'm launching this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for the purchase of a state-of-the-art lap timing system. This system will provide accurate and reliable timing for athletes, allowing them to focus on their performance without worrying about timing discrepancies. Furthermore, the funds will also help in purchasing training shoes and clothes for the athletes.

Whether they’re aspiring Olympians or weekend warriors, every athlete deserves access to the best training resources available.
