James York a long time Railroader for over 30 years, a Marine Corp and Naval Vet’s wife Bobbie, has been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer and the disease is progressing at an alarming rate. Bobbie is currently being treated with chemo and radiation, which has left her frail and bedridden during treatments. James is having to take time off from work to help care for her during this time.

James is worried that his wife and life partner of 42 years may lose her fight against cancer very soon, so the time they can spend together is precious. That being said, the bills and medical expenses wait for no one. They pile up on the coffee table inches deep. James tries to ignore it as Bobbie is his first priority, but they are a haunting reminder of the reality that cancer sucks!
