Help Support the Wilson Family During Their Time of Need

On Monday July 1st, Melissa called 911 because her husband Jerry was having a hard time breathing. He was taken to St. Joes, but rapidly declined and was rushed to the cath lab where they discovered that his aortic valve was blown. He was then admitted to the Cardiac ICU, before being airlifted to U of M that night. His kidneys and liver have also been impacted, and he was started on continuous dialysis. His aortic valve was able to be repaired on Friday July 5th, but he remains in critical condition with a long road of recovery ahead.

Melissa herself has been out of work, as she is recovering from neck surgery.

As friends and coworkers of Melissa, we wanted to do something to help ease the financial burden during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution to this fund would be greatly appreciated by the Wilson family.

Please continue to pray for Jerry’s recovery. Melissa said it best – “The power of prayer has held us all up all week and I praise God he’s gotten this far.”
