The Warming House needs your support!
Tax deductible
For the past 50 years, The Warming House Youth Center has aimed to support our community's teens as best we are able. Our efforts remain unchanged, in spite of the obstacles we face due to COVID-19.
While we’ve closed our physical doors to in-person activities, we continue to offer programs six days per week for teens in grades 6-12. Our remote offerings include mental health check-ins, workouts, recreational activities, cooking classes and creative arts programs. These services provide a vital outlet for the teens who have always relied on us as a home away from home. New families have also sought us out to help their teens navigate the hardships of the shelter in place orders.
Your support is more crucial now than ever!
Unfortunately, the shutdown has forced us into a severe financial crisis. We sadly had to cancel our Annual Benefit and Silent Auction, our most important fundraising event of the year. Without the expected $27,000 from this year’s benefit, our budget is quickly becoming strained and is placing our services in grave danger.
Your contribution ensures that our programs remain available to foster the social and emotional health and resiliency of our teens, and to continue our mission to help teens build healthy relationships and a strong sense of community.
The Warming House is a 501(c)(3), tax #36-269-3668. Your donation is completely tax deductible and no goods or services were given in exchange for your contribution.
