Help support Lisa Lefevre's (Newman) Family

On March 20th 2021, the world lost a beautiful bright soul. However you knew her, you are likely shocked and saddened by her sudden passing. Lisa was a dear friend to many, along with being a cherished daughter, a loving mother, a respected colleague, a treasured family member, and an adored fiancé.

Lisa was a ray of sunshine; her smile was warm and infectious, and her bright light and boundless energy left a positive impact on everyone around her. Her free spirited nature and endless thirst for knowledge and exploration led her on countless adventures. She was a truly authentic and beautiful person inside and out. Lisa brought out the best in others and had a magnetic orbit and magical presence that was impossible to resist. When she left this world, her life was just hitting its stride, with a new job, a beautiful new baby, and a marriage to her best friend to plan.

Many of you already knew Lisa and how amazing she was, but this is about who she has left behind. The funds raised will go to her fiancé Casey to help with the expenses of laying Lisa to rest and caring for baby Mira. Helping to care for her loved ones in this incredibly difficult time is a way we can all come together to treasure Lisa’s memory.

As we grieve and remember Lisa’s life together, we can reflect upon one of her favorite quotes from Henry David Thoreau: “You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment. Fools stand on their island of opportunities and look toward another land. There is no other land; there is no other life than this”. Lisa would have wanted each of us to carry forth the light and love she embodied. May we each find the strength and resolve to live on with her grand spirit of adventure in our hearts, and the courage to provide love and support to those she has left behind.
