Heather Solari and her husband Rob have had a massive part in keeping our community safe. Heather has always wanted to become a police officer. Unfortunately, due to side effects from when she was first diagnosed with breast cancer 11 years ago, she could not join the police force. However, she has made it a point to serve our community as a dispatcher. Her husband Rob has been an officer for the Antioch Police Department for 30 years. Together they have a beautiful 15-year-old daughter Jillian who is a part of our local high school soccer team and a traveling team. Heather has always worked while battling her cancer; recently it has turned into Metastatic breast cancer. Due to the pain from cancer and sickness from the medication, Heather can no longer work. We are creating this GoFundMe in hopes to alleviate any financial stress that this could cause and also provide Heather and her family the opportunity to continue watching their daughter play soccer and make memories as a family while continues her fight against this cancer. Her and her family are loved my SO many people throughout this community that we figured this would be an easy and great way to show our appreciation, love and support during this difficult time in her life.
