Help support the Smith family during a difficult time...

I'm reaching out to see if we can help support a friend of mine and her family. The Smith family (Brandin, Melanie, and their 3 young children), have recently been hit with some terrifying news. After months of undiagnosed shoulder pain, Brandin was diagnosed and hospitalized with a rare form of cancer of the thymus called Thymoma. The plan is for Brandin to undergo thoracic surgery in January 2025 with the hope to completely remove this cancer from his chest. There is potential that he may need chemotherapy and radiation if they are unable to completely remove the tumor. He has been told to expect at least a 4-6 week recovery after surgery.

With Christmas approaching and Brandin unable to work for the next few months, I'm hoping we can raise some donations to help make this Christmas as normal as possible for their young children and help with some of the financial strain they may face while he's unable to work, so that they can focus on Brandin's recovery and healing.
