Hi I’m Mary Ann and as some of you may know my fiancée Aaron was hospitalized on August 19 and would up having double organ failure of his only kidney (birth defect) and his liver. Times were already tough with him out of work and no end in sight at the hospital, and on August 29 as I was picking his mother up from the hospital I was T boned which flipped and totaled my car. Thankfully my daughter and I are ok but now I’m at a point where I need to take a couple days off of work but my job does not provide PTO, much as they wish they could, I just work for a mom & pop business. We also have no idea what hospital bills are going to look like on the other side of this because we really still don’t know what the road to recovery looks like for Aaron at this point beyond double transplant at some point.
