My name is Steven Ira Scipio II, my family and I resided in Altadena before the Eaton fire. My parents have lived in this community for 50 plus years and have lost everything .

Tonia and Steve Scipio have been a cornerstone of the Altadena community for over 50 years, raising their children and grandchildren, building businesses, and creating a village of support and togetherness.

Tragically, their home was destroyed in the Eaton fires last week, forcing them to reestablish their lives from the ground up.

Mr. Scipio, beloved for his renowned 'Ohio New Orleans' BBQ restaurant, has long been a source of comfort and joy for the community through his incredible cooking and welcoming spirit.
