A few years ago, we met Tom and Jeanette when their sons, Nick and Danny, joined the MNHS Band. In true fashion, they jumped in with both feet to help support the program. Right from the start, each member of the Salvey family became part of the "MN Band family". We share in their grief in the loss of Tom.
I think Tom said it best when he defines himself. "I am a father, a husband, and the Vocalist/Guitarist for the band Scars Like These." He was incredibly proud of his sons and all that they have accomplished.
I have heard from many of the MN Band family and am touched by the outpouring of support for Tom and his family. Many have expressed an interest in supporting the Salveys during this time of need. They are working to get their arms around this devastating news and loss. If you would like to make a financial contribution to support the family's need that is greatly appreciated. Anyone with kids knows that the needs never end. Funds received will go to college, food, and household expenses.
