Help support the Rose family

Meet the Rose family - Craig, Michelle, Jaxson (age 15) and Jett (age 11). Since December 2017, Craig and Michelle have had their lives turned upside down with the shocking news of Craig’s cancer diagnosis. This Go Fund Me page has been set up to help them out with everyday expenses. Craig has been debilitated by his cancer with many treatments and associated health problems. Michelle and Craig have always worked hard to provide for their boys and make ends meet. They are very proud, and would never ask for any charity. They are a loving and giving couple who would do anything for anyone. Unfortunately, the past year and a half has taken its toll on the family, both emotionally and financially. 

Craig’s story - In December 2017 he was diagnosed with tongue cancer. Craig has lost all speaking and feeding ability with long-term prognosis of this possibly being his reality for the rest of his life. Craig’s recovery and healing has been and will continue to be intense. Michelle has been doing her best to be Craig’s primary caregiver, look after the house and the boys.  She is also the sole income earner, and Craig has not been eligible for any disability support or social assistance despite the fact that Craig has worked hard all his life, primarily self-employed. Michelle and Craig have been devastated by the lack of support by social systems.

We are appealing to you to help reach our fundraising goal in order to ease Michelle's and Craig’s financial, daily household pressures.
