The Quintana family has been through a lot this past year. First, having to close down for weeks when Covid first hit, and having to shut down again with Ray getting covid and having to be hospitalized. Ray has been in the hospital for more than 2 weeks with 9 of those days in ICU. Thankfully he is slowly recovering and will hopefully be home soon. Carla and the boys are back at work and working hard while he is hospitalized. I know it has been hard for them with the anchor of the family not there. They would never ask and will probably be mad I am even setting this up, but it would help them during these uncertain times.
They own East Coast Subs. It is a locally owned and operated sandwich shop in Murray UT. They have proudly been serving one of Utah's best subs since 1991. They never hesitate to help others and have done so much for so many and for their community. It would be great if you could donate to help them now during their time of need.
