As many of you know, our beloved Brent Oswald sadly passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022 due to complications from heart surgery and coronary artery disease. 

Brent leaves behind his daughter, Claire, stepchildren, Colin and Kerry, and his wife of 20 years, Brigid. He is incredibly missed by his family, friends, colleagues, and so many more. 

Brigid and Brent both worked incredibly hard to support themselves - Brigid as a 1st grade teacher at Our Lady of Loretto in Novato, CA  and Brent as a wine educator at Gundlach Bundschu in Sonoma, CA. Brigid will now move forward without Brent’s income. 

As Brigid grieves and faces a new reality without her husband, she must also adjust to being the sole financial contributor. Additionally, Brigid will be responsible for their mortgage and Brent’s medical bills from his extensive hospital stay before he passed.

Our goal is to help decrease Brigid’s financial burden as she navigates life without Brent. Thank you in advance to anyone who is in a position to generously donate, it is appreciated beyond words. 

Additionally, thank you so much to everyone who has already donated and reached out. The family is overwhelmed with your kindness, prayers, and support. There really are no words to properly express their gratitude. It is apparent how deeply loved and valued Brent and Brigid are.
