Please help support this wonderful family!

Duane, Lisa, and their two children, Josh, 15, and Chloe, 9, reside in Mount Pleasant, MI. Until recently, Duane worked as a safety supervisor. Lisa spends her days helping others through social work and then many of her weekends and nights helping care for sick or injured animals at the ARK (Association to Rescue Kritters).

They are truly kind and wonderful people that you can count on to be there for their friends and family.

Recently, Duane was diagnosed with stage IV cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). While the overall prognosis for this is poor, chemotherapy will hopefully improve his quality of life and give him the most time with his family.

While nothing can make this easy for them, we can help with some of the financial burden. His treatment will be in Ann Arbor so there will be transportation, hotels, and medical costs in addition to Lisa’s needed time away from work.
