To know Shane Lyster is to love him. Shane Lyster’s friendly spirit, warm smile and generous heart makes him an amazing father, husband, son, brother, and beloved member of the Oakhurst, California community. Shane and his wife Jennifer, along with their six (yes, six!) children are a family based on love and faith.
When Shane was diagnosed with cancer in March of 2022, love, support and prayers immediately started pouring in.
With chemotherapy treatment approaching, Shane and Jen began making arrangements to take on the many challenges that come with cancer treatment.
This fundraiser will help Shane and Jen to make ends meet while Shane undergoes chemotherapy. A significant hurdle the family faces is potentially losing insurance coverage for Shane, Jen and the children due to the time Shane will be off work during his chemotherapy treatments. In addition, help with bills, medical expenses, traveling costs, and Jen’s time away from the flower shop will greatly ease the financial hardship of Shane’s cancer treatment, so that the Lyster family can focus on what matters most - supporting each other through love and faith during this difficult time.
