Help support the Lussier family during this difficult time

Hello everyone, I am writing this on behalf of my family. On Sunday, June 15th—Father’s Day, my dad was in a catastrophic car accident. He had wrecked on the highway; his car flipped and rolled over 15 feet before crashing into 4 trees, resulting in him being ejected over 25 feet from his vehicle. He was life-flighted to the nearest trauma center where he is now currently in the ICU in a coma on a ventilator.
My dad is facing multiple severe and life-threatening injuries, including several broken and fractured ribs that led to internal bleeding, a severe right leg laceration, and the worst of all, a brain injury called Diffuse Axonal Injury grade 3. His brain injury is the worst type of brain injury one can receive from an accident to the worst degree. There is damage to his ENTIRE brain; every basic bodily function, motor skill, and ability he had will NEVER be the same. On top of that damage, his brain stem was also damaged, and that is a VITAL part of the brain.
We’ve been told by his medical team that the chances of him waking up having any sort of independence or snapping out of it were at zero, and that the possibility of him being able to open his eyes and be able to recognize his family and acknowledge who we are would be a miracle. His doctors remain unsure if he will ever wake from his coma or if he’ll come back from this.
This has turned our entire world upside down in the blink of an eye. We are now facing unforeseen expenses, including medical bills, travel, hotel stays, and more due to lost income so we can be by his side throughout this critical time. Any contributions at this time to help are GREATLY appreciated, and more prayers are always welcomed. The amount of love and prayers we have already received has been overwhelming; we are so grateful and still holding onto hope for a miracle.
