As many of you know, my sister, Kim Connaghan Jones, was transported early Monday morning by the Coast Guard via boat to McLaren Hospital in Petoskey with a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm. She arrived just in time, and the hospital staff are all calling her a miracle. The past few days have been filled with worry and hope as Kim fights to recover, surrounded by her loving family.

Kim has five children—Kaylyn, Tessa, and the triplets Brennan, Turner, and Quinn. Kaylyn, Tessa and Turner, along with Jack Bailey and Dave Schwartzfisher flew over Monday morning to be by Kim's side. Brennan who lives in Cheboygan, has been coming daily, and Quinn arrived from California today. As they focus on Kim's recovery, the kids are facing unexpected expenses for lodging, food, gas, and lost wages.
