Help Support the Huge Expense from Our Kitten’s Accident

Hi, my name is Lilliana, and I’m starting this GoFundMe for my mom, Amanda.

My mom is an incredible animal lover who’s been known too spend her free time volunteering to help rescue animals of all kinds. She’s a single mom raising me, and she’s always been the person who shows up for others — both people and animals — without ever asking for anything in return.

Right now, though, we’re the ones who need a little help.

Recently, our kitten Banks had a terrible accident. He took a fall and landed hard on his knee, completely fracturing his femur. It was heartbreaking to see him in so much pain. He had to undergo emergency surgery, where several pins and a screw were placed in his leg to help it heal. Thanks to some amazing care, Banks is on the mend ❤️‍

Banks isn’t just any cat — he’s the most gentle, loving kitten you could ever meet. He follows us around the house, curls up in our arms, and brings so much joy and comfort to our lives. He’s truly part of our family, and we couldn’t imagine life without him.

We love Banks with all our hearts, and my mom made sure he got the very best care, no matter what it took. But the cost of that care was overwhelming. The vet bills have already passed $6,000, and it’s been a huge and unexpected financial strain. On top of everything, my mom is also working hard to support me as I start college this fall.
