On January 5th at 11:22 AM, Jeff Hosea passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 54. Jeff was a loving father, husband, brother, son, uncle, friend, and coworker. During his tragic and sudden death, he was surrounded by his loving family and friends. Jeff leaves behind an adoring wife, Angela, and two young beautiful and caring children, Jess and Travis. Jeff always strongly stressed the importance of education and often marveled at the success of his children as students. He leaves behind his daughter Jess as a Junior at the University of New Hampshire and his son Travis as a Junior at Messalonskee High School. Jeff described perfectly what it meant to be a family man, always supporting them whole heartedly. He went above and beyond in all aspects of his life, whether it be hosting barbecues, making breakfast for his family and friends, planning his next vacation, or hopping in the car for a weekend adventure. He was a chef, a chauffeur, a believer, a teacher, a comedian, a mediocre singer, a mechanic, and most importantly a fixer. Jeff always tried to fix things, whether it be cars, the lawn mower, the pool, or even the relationships and the people that surrounded him. Jeff was known for putting others above himself, always thinking and at times worrying about how he could help his family and friends succeed and be happy. Jeff was the rock of the Hosea household, a do it all and never complain kind of guy. He provided financial, emotional, and physical support to his wife and children. Due to his tragic and unexpected death the Hosea household NEEDS YOUR HELP! In the coming days his wife and children will be burdened with medical and funeral service related costs.
