The Higgins family thanks all who have supported them during Retta's fight with cancer and now with her passing.

Retta went to be with Jesus on October 4th, 2025.

Only 45 years old she was surrounded by her loved ones when she exited this world and entered into her heavenly home.

Her love of people was evident in all she chose to do, including being an extra mom to many children in her community, doing CNA work, and her involvement in community activities such as baking for fundraisers. She will be deeply missed by all.

Let us continue to pray for and support Chris and and the children as they navigate the rough waters of losing Retta.
