Jesse Dean Graham, 43, of Georgetown, Kentucky, passed away suddenly on July 25, 2025.
Jesse was born on October 18, 1981, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He spent much of his life in New Mexico, surrounded by the high desert and expansive blue skies, and always considered the desert home. In 2015, he and his family relocated to Georgetown, Kentucky, where they quickly planted roots and became part of the community.
Jesse served in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee—a time in his life he was deeply proud of, and one that remained a meaningful part of his identity throughout the years. His service to his country shaped the course of his life, sparking a love for hands-on work and the fulfillment that comes from a hard day’s labor. Upon discharge from the Navy, Jesse entered the trades and built a successful 20+ year career in the HVAC industry. He was known for his grit, determination, and heart for serving others.
Jesse married the love of his life, Stephanie, in May 2001. Together, they raised two children who were the center of his world. Jesse was fiercely loyal to his family, always putting their needs first. He provided and cared for them with quiet strength and unwavering love. Jesse loved Harley-Davidson motorcycles, Star Wars, audiobooks—and most of all, his family.
Jesse was the kind of person you could call in a pinch, and he would show up without hesitation. He wasn’t afraid of hard work, and he never feared the unknown. He made everyone feel like they mattered, just as they were. Jesse had a quiet, steady presence that brought calm and logic to any situation. He showed up—for celebrations, hard times, and the everyday life in between. He was a protective dad, loving son, loyal friend, big-hearted brother, and favorite uncle. Above all, Jesse was a devoted husband who made Stephanie feel profoundly loved and treasured.
Jesse is survived by his wife of 24 years, Stephanie; their children, Jyden and Haleigh; his mother, Bridget Graham; his brothers, Jeff Burnett (Jennipher), Matthew Simmons (Carissa), Connor Kelley, and Nathan Simmons (Robyn); his sister, Heather Simmons; as well as numerous nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Graham.
In honor of Jesse’s life and legacy, a gathering to celebrate his life will be planned at a later date. The family will share details once they are available.
