I'm Christine and I've come to GoFundMe on behalf of one of my dearest friends and the kindest soul of all time, Jessie Flippin-Collins. Just 6 weeks after the delivery of her son Johnathan, she was found to have a growing mass in her uterus identified as a form of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia called choriocarcinoma. Jess had the majority of the mass surgically removed on January 25th, 2022 however the tumor infiltrated the wall of her uterus and it continues to grow. This type of cancer has a high risk of spreading quickly and will require Jess to endure a very aggressive multi agent chemotherapy treatment including a 2 day hospitalization and multiple trips to an infusion center with repeated treatments every 14 days. Jess, Mike and their newborn son John need our support during what we know will be a financially difficult and emotionally straining time.
