The Faucher Family has faced unimaginable challenges over the past few months. Angie was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer and has already undergone one surgery. Doctors are planning two more procedures—one to remove the remaining cancer and another to repair a hole in her vocal cord.

As if that weren’t enough, while Angie was battling her diagnosis, Mick was injured in an accident at their family’s Double Shoal Cotton Mill. He suffered a broken jaw that required emergency surgery.

Though the family has insurance, as small business owners the coverage falls far short of the overwhelming medical expenses they are facing. Between multiple surgeries, recovery time, and the strain on their business, the burden has been heavy.
