Supporting the family of Wilder Brooks

Friends, family and loved ones, we’re raising funds to support the family of Wilder Brooks Stillwell to help them recover from the loss of our sweet and brilliant boy.

On August 15th 2021 (Tara’s birthday), Wilder lost his life, he was hit by a car while riding his dirt bike in Medford, Oregon while at his fathers home. His death was sudden and completely unexpected, but at the very least, we can find comfort in the fact that he left this world doing something that he loved. While Wilder is no longer physically here, he leaves behind his loving parents, Tara and Craig as well as his best friend and little sister Dylan, and entire extended family.

Wilder came into this world at Mad River Birthing Center on May 17, 2015. As soon as he came out the womb he was living up to his name. Energetic and courageous and unapologetically himself. He loved the river, tools, fixing things, lizards, being outdoors and swimming with his sister, Dylan, and his cousins. Since he came into existence he changed the lives of those around him with as much of an impact as he made when he left. 

The grief of losing a child is immeasurable, especially your first born son at the tender age of 6. Please send this link to anyone who may be willing to help Tara and her family cover the cost of the expenses that she and her family will face as a result of this horrific accident. I’m Lucy, I’ve been friends (really family)  with Tara for over a decade and I love her dearly. She will be using funds to use for the memorial and funeral services as well as to help to take the stress off of having to worry about working while she and her family grieve their loss.

Tara will be the sole beneficiary of these funds.
