It is with great sadness that we are mourning the loss of Assistant Trainmaster Michael Daugherty. Michael worked for the Long Island Rail Road for 21 years. First as an Assistant Stationmaster, then later as an Assistant Trainmaster after a well-deserved promotion. He was a fixture in Penn Station for the majority of his career, and left a lasting impression on all who knew him and worked with him.

This fund has been established for the benefit of his children and grandchildren during this difficult time.
