On May 31, 2020 our community was devastated with the unexpected and tragic death of Lucas Adams, PA-C.  Lucas was a Physician Assistant at SJRMC Urgent Care, as well as Pelle Spa, here in Farmington, NM.  

Lucas was only 37 years old, leaving behind his loving wife Shea and two small children.  He proudly served our country in the Air Force Pararescue and the New Mexico Army National Guard.

Lucas was a true hero and a friend to many.  He was super intelligent—yet humble.  He was always upbeat and positive, never saying a harsh word about anyone or anything.  Lucas never complained and was always smiling and playing practical jokes on those he loved and those he worked with.  He was brave and kind, strong, sweet and gentle, and he absolutely adored his family.  We are all terribly heartbroken by his sudden and tragic death.

All money raised through this account will go directly to his wife and children to assist with the many unexpected expenses.
