McFarland was one of the best soldiers and battle buddies any NCO would want to have underneath them. Always outgoing, had a smile on his face and would do anything for those surrounding him. This is an unbelievable and unfathomable tragedy that caught us all by surprise and off-guard.  He left behind his fiancee, step-son and a 10 month old son. I am creating this GoFundMe to help try ease the burden for any upcoming expenses. These is nothing any of us can do to bring him back, but I hope everyone will join me in donating and sharing this to provide  even the smallest amount of support to his family.
