It is with broken hearts that we share the sudden and devastating loss of Chris Oakley — a devoted husband, loving father, and truly remarkable man. Chris passed away unexpectedly after a brave battle with liver disease, leaving behind his wife Ashley, and their three sons: Chase (16), CJ (13), and Dexter (8).

Chris was the kind of person who lit up every room — known for his selflessness, his humor, and most of all, his deep love for his family. He worked hard to provide for his loved ones and showed up for everyone around him with open arms and an open heart.

Tragically, just days before his passing, a new job transition meant the family’s life insurance coverage had not yet taken effect. Now, Ashley is facing the unimaginable — mourning her soulmate while trying to care for their boys and keep their home stable in the midst of overwhelming funeral costs, medical bills, and daily living expenses.
