Spende geschützt
It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we share the sudden passing of Ashkan “Ash” Moghaddam due to a workplace accident. His loss was unexpected and has left his family, friends, and community devastated.
Ash was the proud father of two beautiful daughters and a devoted husband to his wife, Ana Moghaddam. His family was his greatest joy, and everything he did was centered around providing for them, protecting them, and ensuring they had a strong foundation for the future.
Ash was also a black belt in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a proud member of the Ralph Gracie Berkeley family. On the mat, he was a warrior and a teacher, known for his strength, discipline, and generosity. Off the mat, he was the kind of person you could always rely on, a friend, mentor, and brother to so many. His presence brought people together, and his absence will be felt deeply by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Because this tragedy came so suddenly, Ash’s family will be facing immediate and significant financial hardship. Ash was the breadwinner, and 100 percent of the funds raised will go directly to Ana and their daughters to help cover immediate funeral costs, their mortgage, daily living expenses, and the essentials they need to carry on. By donating, you will not only help relieve some of the burden they are carrying but also allow them the space to grieve and heal without the overwhelming weight of financial stress.
No donation is too small, and every contribution will make a lasting difference for Ana and the girls. Even if you cannot give financially, please share this page with your friends, family, and community so that Ash’s legacy of strength and love can continue through the support of those whose lives he touched.
On behalf of Ana, their daughters, and Ash’s extended family at Ralph Gracie Berkeley, thank you for your compassion, your prayers, and your generosity during this incredibly difficult time. Together, we can honor Ash’s memory and stand beside the family he loved so fiercely.
