Help Support the Family of Alan Beard

For the past year and a half, our beloved husband, father, and friend Alan Beard has been courageously battling cancer and was recently placed in hospice care. Alan is a family law and criminal defense attorney in Chattanooga who has dedicated his life to helping others—standing beside families in their hardest moments, fighting for justice, and giving selflessly to his community. Now, it’s our turn to help him.

Alan’s condition has reached the point where he needs full-time care. His sister has lovingly stepped in to provide end-of-life care, but this has created unexpected financial strain on her. His wife, Yesenia, has continued working to keep the household afloat, but what she truly needs is time with Alan—not the worry of keeping income coming in. The sudden loss of income has left the family facing overwhelming expenses.

Unfortunately Alan does not have life insurance, so funds are also needed to create a meaningful service and celebration of life worthy of the man who gave so much of himself to others.

Alan would never ask for help himself—he has always been the one giving, not receiving. But now, his family needs our support. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward easing the financial burden of his caregivers, and honoring Alan’s life with the celebration he deserves.
