On the morning of January 17th, two brother-in-laws, Kekoa Adams and Frank Gouland, were tragically shot and killed in front of their SE Portland apartment as their family slept upstairs.
Left behind is their beloved wife and sister, Julisa Gouland Adams, her and Kekoa’s three young children (ages 1, 4 and 7) and Frank’s child (age 5). Also left behind are Frank's parents, brothers and many of their extended family.
The family is devastated and in need of financial assistance as they have lost their primary source of income due to these untimely and tragic deaths.
Any amount of support, large or small, will be greatly appreciated. All donations will go to Julisa to help cover the family's funeral and living expenses during these difficult times.
I have been a part of the Gouland family since a unique opportunity to live and work with them in the 1980's and 90's while in their home country of Micronesia. We have remained close for over 35 years watching these kids and now grandkids grow. Frank and Julisa's parents have asked me to assist them in any way during these difficult times.
