My name is Jason Goldstein, and I am running the 2026 NYC Marathon on November 1st to support The End Fund. During my time with the United Nations, I witnessed the dire impact of neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) on countless lives. These diseases affect nearly 1 billion children and threaten the well-being of 1.495 billion people globally.

It is heartbreaking to see so many suffer, especially knowing that these conditions are often preventable for just 50 cents per person.

The End Fund is dedicated to combating NTDs and ensuring that those at risk can live healthy and prosperous lives. They pool resources to deliver necessary treatments, surgeries, and enhance local capabilities, making a real difference in communities around the world.
