Stephanie Tio-Wenthur was a loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, and friend to all who knew her. 

She died suddenly and unexpectedly on March 10, 2019 at the age of 38.

Stephanie was the Program Director at Jay’s Development Center in Manitowoc, WI where she worked with at-risk youth.  She made a huge impact in the lives of the children she mentored and counseled as they worked to get their lives back on track.

Stephanie leaves behind 3 wonderful children who were the soul and spirit of her life.  Katlyn, Annalese, and Jase need your help to navigate through this difficult time without their mother.
