Help Support The Boudreau Children
Donation protected
Jacqueline and Dylan lived in East Hartford,CT with their beloved father, Rod Boudreau, who supported his family as a laborer. Dylan is a part time student and they both have part time jobs. Last Friday, February 9th, Rod died unexpectedly. He had been recently hospitalized with heart problems, and was discharged with instructions to have a heart procedure within two weeks. Two days later, Dylan found their Dad at home. Rod had passed.
As the construction business in Connecticut fell off over the last 10 -15 years, Rod's income was what we would call hand to mouth. He sometimes had to make the hard choice between putting food on the table or paying a bill.
There is no will. No life insurance. No pension. No social security benefits. No life insurance on the home mortgage. Under $900 in their Dad's bank account. Past due bills on the kitchen table and more to come for sure.
The extended family is doing what we can to help the children, emotionally and financially.
We are asking you to help. To give what you can. To help us cover the funeral expenses, pay utilities and the home mortgage. Losing a parent is devastating. So is eviction. We are hoping to raise enough money to enable Jacqueline and Dylan to live in their childhood home until they get their bearings.
We hope you will consider contributing to help make this happen. Please know we appreciate each and every donation.
Thank you. Jacqueline, Dylan and The Boudreau Family
