Hello everyone! My name is Veronica Brownlee & I’m creating this GoFundMe on behalf of the Badger family! So many people have reached out asking how they can continue to support them through this difficult time and while they both have endless support from work, they will be commuting to Oakland daily over the course of the next month, so I know this will help ease any financial burdens they may have driving back and fourth

Landyn is an almost 3 year old little boy who has a contagious smile, a heart of gold & fights like a little warrior! In June of 2020, Landyn was diagnosed with a BCOR Sarcoma. In January of 2021 Landyn completed his long journey of treatment! Recently, in September of 2022 the Badger’s went down for routine 3 month scans and their world was quickly turned upside down again. The doctors noticed a mass in his left lung which prompted a biopsy to be done quickly & it was then confirmed that the cancer had returned. On 11/7/2022 Landyn underwent surgery to have his port placed. Like the little stud that he is, he took it like a champ! Doctors have put together a treatment plan and Landyn has begun chemo treatments this week & also started his first day of radiation this morning (11/10/2022). In a few weeks a routine scan will be done to see how Landyn’s body is responding to treatment. Pending those results, they will determine further treatment options for the future!

Danielle & Jeff have dedicated their lives giving back to our community! They will always be the first ones to lend you a helping hand when one is needed. Now, it’s our turn as a community to give back to this amazing family! The money towards this fundraiser will help ease the financial pressures on the Badger family.
