Craig Ackerman is a 48-year-old husband to Pam and father to

Colby 18 and Riley 12.

Craig was diagnosed with Non-Alcoholic liver disease this year.

This week he was transported to Edmonton for a liver transplant. Unfortunately, with unforeseen circumstances the transplant was canceled, and he will be transported to Saskatoon till another liver is available.

Once the transplant is completed their stay in Edmonton will be a minimum of 3 months.

Craig will be in the Edmonton hospital for approximately a month for the transplant. Following the surgery Craig and Pam will need to rent a place as close to the hospital for the duration of his recovery. This will be a financial hardship on the family.
