Hello. My name for those that don't know is Eddie ( Midnight Dancer) . I'm creating this new gofundme to help me cover expenses for the 18th Annual Poppers Picnic Poppin in Tha Park gathering, which I'm trying again for saturday July 18th @Dolphin Park in Carson Ca ,which will be the 6th time there, with the previous 12 gatherings held at Griffith Park in LA. I work very VERY hard trying to bring together/reunite all the Past Present and Future "Robot Popping/Poplock Boogaloo Waving Strutting Animation Tutting Locking Mannequin Mime" artform dance artists and their familes and friends and supporters , all ages ,and all other various streetdance artists from all across the globe, for just one day ,at one location, at one time, and YOU- just bring and share-

your family and close friends, your smiles/handshakes/positive attitudes,picnic blankets or picnic chairs, your boombox w/USBs of funk/electro beats, picnic sack lunches/snacks,small bbq grill w/links ,picture /video cameras, and enjoy each other, share & compare styles/movements/stories,create collaborations/friendships- you WILL make atleast 6 NEW FRIENDS, create memories/photo/video moments, dance, dance, dance, enjoy watching the dancers, and just have REAL CLEAN HONEST FUN "popping in the park" , celebrating "THE CULTURE" sharing the "LOVE OF THE DANCE", which is ALL FREE ALL FUN, with NO DRINKING DRUGS SMOKING DRAMA POLITICS ALLOWED, because this is a "FUN FAMILY FRIENDLY SPACE". Also there are NO VENDORS or SELLING ALLOWED . The flyer will be posted soon for you .

And yes -EVERYBODY HAS ALOT OF POSITIVE FUN AT THESE PICNICS !!!!!

As you all know the essential things for this yearly authentic gathering created FOR YOU cost money-park location reservation and space, sound permits, insurance, snacks links and refreshments to help FEED those hungry in attendance, gifts/prizes for contests...and after 17 years I still dont have any sponsors or corporate sponsorships to cover the funds needed for this. I just try hard and pay these expenses out of MY very own pocket, with help from the PP team ( in which ALL DONATE their time, their gifts, energy, and hearts), very close friends , alot of dancers, and the community that love the culture, by contributing to past gofundmes.

So again, I'm humbly asking.. if you can.... help, with a donation or a contribution ...$5, $10, $20, $50,$100, ect.. anything , would be VERY HELPFUL AND APPRECIATED. You can also use ZELLE, CASH APP, or even PAYPAL to offer a donation.

If you want to meet in person that's cool also. We can schedule the meet up.

Again, this gathering was/is created for YOU and yours and FOR THE CULTURE and the community. Also the PPs inspired others to create and give similar "Streetdance PP type gatherings" in their communities- Go look.
