I am reaching out to share that a good friend, Taylor, a 27-year-old nurse who has dedicated her life to caring for others, has been diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer. Taylor works tirelessly on the solid organ transplant floor, where she touches lives on a daily basis with her kindness, compassion, and infectious sense of humor. Now, it’s time for us to rally together and support her, just as she has supported so many.

Taylor has always been a beacon of positivity, warmth, and strength—qualities that make her such a wonderful nurse and friend. She’s the person who goes the extra mile to care for her patients and is always going above and beyond to support her coworkers. But now, as she faces this unexpected health battle, she needs us to be there for her.

The financial strain of cancer treatment, including hospital visits, therapies, and medications, can be overwhelming. Taylor has already shown immense strength as she begins her fight, but this journey will be long, and we want to alleviate some of the stress that comes with it— especially while she takes time off of work for treatments.
