Funny, kind, and selfless is only a few ways to describe Shelly. A loving father of his four sons, Shelly is the first person to give the shirt off his back to others. Right now his family is going through a very rough time so we are starting this GoFundMe to relieve some of the financial stresses that they may be encountering.

Shelly was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer known as an adenocarcinoma in November of 2018. It had already spread through his lymph nodes and was found in his spine by the time they caught it. A week before Christmas he was told he needed to start treatment immediately and was not expecting to see 2020. But Shelly is a fighter. Wanting to stay around for his family and against all odds, he has fought for three hard years.  Unfortunately, he recently had to stop his chemotherapy treatments when his body could no longer handle it.

This news was very rough on Shelly, his family, and his friends. But in the last few weeks we have with Shelly, we would like to help him as much as possible. Between medical bills, end of life care, and funeral costs it has been very difficult for Shelly’s family. Donating any amount will help relieve some stress.
